Music Therapy Workshop with Blue Zones Project

Join Blue Zones Project and HI Notes Music Therapy for a FREE and interactive workshop where participants will experience the power of music to improve well-being. Participants will experience music improvisation, singing, mindfulness, relaxation to music, and will learn about how to use music in daily life to reduce stress and improve well-being.
